Motorcyclist seriously injured in A13 crash

A motorcyclist has sustained a "potentially serious leg injury" in a crash near Thurrock that closed the A13.

Essex Police and other emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called at about 08:00 GMT on Saturday following the collision between a motorbike and another vehicle.

The road, which was closed between the A1012 at North Stifford and the M25, later reopened.

Police have asked for people with dashcam footage of the incident to contact them.
