Man released under investigation after fatal crash

A man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal crash has been released under investigation.
Leicestershire Police said officers were called to Blaby Road in Enderby at about 01:10 BST on Saturday after reports a Mazda3 car had "collided into a ditch".
The driver - a man in his 20s - was pronounced dead at the scene, while three passengers were taken to hospital for treatment.
The arrested man, a 20-year-old from Leicester, has been released under investigation while officers carry out inquiries.
Police said it was reported a black VW Golf was travelling near the Mazda at the time of the crash.
A force spokesperson said officers were looking to speak to witnesses or anyone else with any information.
Det Con Madeleine Hayes, from the serious collision investigation unit, said: "An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances of how this has happened.
"We are speaking to a number of people and while we appreciate this incident happened in the early hours of the morning, we do ask that if you have any information you do get in touch."
