Speedway teams reunite to honour champion Iversen

Four speedway teams met for a rare and historic testimonial meeting to honour a racing legend.
Danish motorcyclist Niels-Kristian Iversen, whose career spans over two decades, was the star attraction on Sunday at the Adrian Flux Arena in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
The 42-year-old turned out for the King's Lynn Stars, but he was joined by his former teams Peterborough Panthers, Newport Wasps and Wolverhampton Wolves.
His three old sides no longer appear in league racing due to land and stadium issues.
"I always class [this stadium] as my home away from home," Iversen told the BBC ahead of the race.
"I am obviously happy and proud to have a testimonial here."
The former Danish champion and Speedway World Cup winner said he had no retirement plans yet with a "big season" ahead with King's Lynn.
"I've had a lot of good memories, a lot of good results - huge achievements - and I'm still going."

Rob Lynn managed the Stars, while ex-promoter Trevor Swales returned to take charge of the Panthers.
The Peterborough side were evicted from the East of England Showground in 2023 - their home for 53 years - because of the owner's plan to build a major housing development.
The Newport side won Sunday's meeting, and their former world champion Jason Doyle was victorious in the individual final.
