Power cut affects more than 3,000 customers

A power cut left more than 3,000 people in Grimsby without power on Monday afternoon, according to Northern Powergrid.
The outage occurred just before 14:00 BST.
More than 300 customers contacted the company to report issues with their supply.
A spokesperson for Northern Powergrid said power had been restored to all but one property. The issue was expected to be resolved in full by 10:00 BST.
The spokesperson added: "A further, unrelated, cable fault occurred on our high voltage network, impacting 281 customers.
"All customers have been restored following remote switching on our network and teams are working to repair the fault. Customers will not be impacted further by this fault."
