Trophies were stolen from Teignmouth Golf Club in Devon, police said

Trophies have been stolen during a burglary a golf club in Devon, police have said.

Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called at about 10:30 GMT on Wednesday 2 April to Teignmouth Golf Club.

Intruders forced their way into the club and a number of trophies were stolen, the force said.

Anybody with any information about the burglary was asked to contact police.
