Police share photo after child 'hurt' by dog

Police investigating a report of a child being injured by a dog at a park have released a photo.

Essex Police said the woman in the image may have information about an incident at Priory Park in Southend-on-Sea at about 16:30 GMT on 3 March.

Officers said a child was knocked off their bike and "hurt" when a dog off its lead jumped up at them.

The force said it had not been in a position to release the photo until now and asked anyone with information or footage to contact them on 101.
