An investigation is due to take place into the cause of a fire at a former veterinary clinic in Worksop.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said five crews and an aerial ladder were deployed to the derelict building in Newcastle Avenue on Monday evening.
The blaze was brought under control and crews left the scene just before 00:00 BST.
The brigade said it would be returning to carry out an investigation into the cause of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The incident comes after a series of fires in the town prompted police to say it was believed two groups of people were putting lives at risk.
