Teenage boy, 15, charged after late night stabbing

A teenage boy has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing.
Hampshire Police said it received reports that a man in his 30s had been stabbed at a property on Alder Avenue in Hedge End shortly after 23:00 BST on Tuesday.
A 15-year-old boy from the town, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with attempt murder in connection with the incident.
Dylan Peat, 21, from Southampton has also been charged with assault following Tuesday's stabbing.
The pair were due to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police said the victim, who is from Southampton, remains in hospital in a stable condition.
The force added that two women arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender - a 20-year-old from Southampton and 42-year-old from Hedge End - had been released on bail pending further enquiries.
