Man charged with dangerous driving after A388 death

A man from Plymouth has appeared in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Paul Kingscombe, of Collin Close, faced three charges of causing serious injury by dangerous driving in the same alleged incident.
Bodmin magistrates court heard on Thursday that Paul May died in a road traffic collision on the A388 at St Dominick, Cornwall, on 27 December 2022.
The court heard three other people in the same car as the victim, two women and a man, were seriously injured.
Mr Kingcombe did not enter a plea when he appeared via a video link with his solicitor.
The case will now be heard at Truro Crown Court in July.
