Pilots say they love seeing thousands of people lining the promenade to view their displays.

Racing fans can watch the Royal Airforce Aerobatics Team perform over Douglas Bay on 5 June.

She is hoping to one day join the RAF herself and fly fighter Typhoon jets.

The committee organising the event say they have not been able to raise the money they need to run the airshow.
