Man, 76, struck by masked pair on motorbike in hit-and-run
A 76-year-old man was injured after being struck by two masked youths on an electric motorbike in a hit-and-run in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow.
The incident happened on Glenkirk Drive at about 16:30 on Monday.
Two male youths wearing balaclavas who were on the e-bike failed to stop.
Emergency services attended and the 76-year-old man was checked over by paramedics.
Constable John O’Hara, from Road Policing, said: “This reckless incident took place in broad daylight in a residential area and we are appealing to anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
“We would be particularly keen to hear from anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the surrounding area as this could be crucial to our investigation."
