Britain's Got Talent dance group seek new members

A burlesque group that appeared on Britain's Got Talent a decade ago is looking for new members to celebrate its 10th anniversary of performing on the TV show.
The Ruby Reds, from Withernsea, East Yorkshire, impressed judges on the talent show in 2015 with a performance that involved 12 members, each dressed as cleaners, stripping down to their underwear and tassels during a routine to Queen's I Want to Break Free.
They reached the semi-finals despite initially getting a red buzzer from Simon Cowell, who then changed his mind.
Ten years on, Kitty and Ruby, two of the original performers, are recruiting 14 new members, with auditions being held at the Willows Bar, in the seaside resort, on Sunday.
Kitty said: "We want to get the group back to its full glory, so we're looking for 14 ladies and two reserves to join."
She said applicants could be of any shape and size and had to be over the age of 18.
"Dancing experience is not necessary as long as you can count to eight, are full of personality, and committed, especially to rehearsals."
Since being on the ITV talent show, the group continued to perform "including being part of the Hornsea bike festival and going through the village on quadbikes", said Ruby.

Recalling her experience on the show, Kitty said: "It was an amazing time, I enjoyed the first audition better than the second, as the first one was our own material, whereas when we got to the semi-final, they changed the material slightly.
"We had help from their dancer Brian Friedman, and suddenly we had exploding bras with fire coming out of them, which we didn't know about, as well as pyrotechnics."
Ruby said the toughest part of being on the show was not being able to tell family and friends at first.
"We had to keep it quiet and weren't allowed to tell anyone for months and people got upset with us about that, but there was nothing we could do," she said.
Posting on social media, the troupe said: "To celebrate our 10-year anniversary we are recruiting 14 fun-loving ladies to learn and perform our cheeky routine that appeared on Britain's Got Talent in 2015."
