A bid to turn a former nightclub into a live music venue is being considered by planners.
Oxford's Atik and Kiss nightclub, in Park End Street, closed in 2024.
As well as a music venue, plans include a restaurant, office space, and a roof terrace at the rear of the site.
Applicants Elwood Fund Management said the proposals were "a rare and exciting opportunity to bring life back into underused but important building".
Atik nightclub, popular with university students, closed its doors on 22 June.
The revamp is among a number of ongoing plans to regenerate the city's West End, including proposals from Nuffield College to develop buildings on Hythe Bridge Street, Park End Street and Worcester Street.
