Police responding to 'serious incident' at house

Police have been called to a house in a Luton suburb where a "serious incident" has taken place.

Bedfordshire Police said the matter involved "an altercation" in Moreton Road North, Stopsley, which was reported to them shortly before 11:45 GMT.

The force said there was a large police presence in the area.

An alleyway off Crawley Green Road has also been taped off by police, who said it was connected to the Moreton Road North incident.

Police urged anyone with information which could help their investigation to get in touch.
