One injured and road closed after house fire

One person has been taken to hospital after a fire at a house in West Sussex.
The blaze broke out a property in Castle Road in Tarring just after 09:00 BST, according to West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service.
At the height of the incident five fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were at the scene.
Everyone inside the property was accounted for and one casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance. Castle Road was closed to traffic but has since reopened.

A statement from the fire service said: "Firefighters have now extinguished the fire, which involved the first floor and roof space."
They said one fire engine remained at the scene for the clear-up operation.
