Toni Collette surprises Glasgow Film Festival fans
Toni Collette surprised fans at a special screening of Muriel's Wedding at Glasgow Film Festival.
Organisers asked Collette to send a video to introduce the film but she decided to surprise fans by attending in person, running on stage to join festival organisers in a lip sync of ABBA's Dancing Queen.
"I'm filming in London which is just down the road," she told the surprised crowd at Cottiers theatre.
"So I thought maybe if I have the day off I can find my way there - and I did happen to have the day off".
The Hollywood star reflected on her career, paying tribute to "anti-hero" Muriel Heslop who she played 30 years ago when she was 21-years-old.
