Men in court over fatal street shooting

Four men have appeared in court over the fatal shooting of a man in the street.
Neo Graham, 24, was wounded in Eastfield Grove, Wolverhampton, just after 15:20 GMT on 3 March and died at the scene.
Fabio Bandarrinha, 20; Deric Da Silva, 19; Aaron Osei, 22; Elie Mey, 24; and Koketso Ximba, 22, were all charged in connection with the murder investigation on Sunday.
All but Mr Ximba, who was unable to attend, appeared briefly at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday and all five were remanded in custody until Wednesday when they will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The charges are:
- Mr Da Silva: Murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Bandarrinha: Murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Ximba: Murder
- Mr Mey: Conspiracy to murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of a firearm when prohibited for five years; possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Osei: Conspiracy to murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, possession of a controlled Class B drug, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.
West Midlands Police said a gun had been recovered as part of its investigation.
In a tribute released by the force last week, Mr Graham's family described him as "a loving, caring, family-oriented person" and "a wonderful son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend".
They added: "There are no words to describe how this loss has impacted our family and wider community."
The family added that almost 200 people had attended a vigil and balloon release in his memory.
