Wedding guests had no idea traitor was among them
Warning: This article contains spoilers for series three of The Traitors.
Guests at the wedding of a banished Traitors contestant last year had no idea that a traitor was in their midst.
The BBC One show challenges contestants, known as "faithfuls", to identify a group of imposters within their ranks.
Those traitors attempt to secretly "kill off" the others while remaining undetected and directing suspicion elsewhere.
Scottish "faithful" Alex Oleksy got married in between his appearance as a contestant on series three of BBC One hit the Traitors and the show being aired in January.
So he had to cook up a story about how they met to put people off the scent.
The 30-year-old told Traitors Uncloaked that opera singer Linda and Anglican Priest Lisa were invited guests.
"We had to come up with an elaborate back story - they holidayed one time in Scotland.
"We had this big story - but in the end no-one asked," he said.
The care home manager - originally from North Berwick but now living in Whitby - is the latest to be banished from the Traitors castle.
He reached episode eight of the current series before the finger of suspicion landed on him.
He told BBC Radio's Good Morning Scotland programme: "It's so intense. I had a feeling the tides were turning - from about episode six.
"As soon as your name comes up at the round table you go into a bizarre sort of survival mode and it stops being about the game - it's about how you can just survive until the next episode."
Alex knew something was wrong when he would walk into a room - and people would walk out.
His fatal mistake was a comment in the kitchen.
"That kitchen scene explains itself," he said.
"Essentially, I was trying to apply a bit of logic and analyse the traitors voting pattern and I said from what we know, the traitors haven't voted another traitor.
And then Joe was like: 'Only a traitor would know that'.
"And that was it."
Alex admits he was shocked to discover who the traitors were.
"It's bizarre seeing it - I was with Minah and Linda every single day but seeing how much they enjoy a murder... sneaky."
And it was only after he came out of the castle that he realised he had nailed it from the start, but not acted on his instincts.
"Minah was one of my day one accusations that I put out and everyone said 'Not Minah' - and then I just forgot about it.
"I just didn't want it to be Linda."
He backs former diplomat Alexander for victory in the game - for his logic and good game playing.
Episodes of The Traitors are now on BBC iPlayer, and the series airs on BBC One at 21:00 GMT on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
