An initiative has been launched to encourage more tourists to visit Jersey next year, a tourism chief has said.

Visit Jersey said it was working with travel brands including Expedia, easyJet Holidays, Jet2, Blue Islands and Hotels.com to "showcase" the island as part of the campaign.

Chief executive Tricia Warwick said the collaboration would "capture the attention of prospective visitors and drive bookings to Jersey for next year".

"These campaigns will also build momentum ahead of exciting activity we have planned for 2025," she said.

"Including our spring/summer brand campaign launch in January and promotion of the forthcoming Bergerac reboot," the chief executive added.

Ms Warwick previously said Jersey saw 98,900 holidaymakers from January to May, an increase of 14,100 leisure visitors compared to the same period last year.

The campaigns span a period of six weeks, Visit Jersey said.
