Plans submitted for new industrial park
Plans have been submitted for a new industrial park in Warwickshire.
The proposed scheme for Fusiliers Way, between Warwick and Leamington Spa, would mean 16 new units for the site.
The county council said the development was part a wider plan to improve the area and could create 85 new jobs if approved.
A spokesperson for Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG), the group behind the scheme, said, if they received the go-ahead, work would begin in summer.
The plans are the first part of a two-phase scheme planned for the area by WPDG, an organisation formed in 2021 by the county council.
The second includes plans for a convenience store, children's day nursery and coffee shop, an authority spokesperson said.
