A30 fatal crash: Two people die in four-vehicle collision
Two people have died in a four-vehicle crash on the A30 between Carland Cross and Chiverton Cross in Cornwall.
Emergency services were called to the collision in the Zelah area involving a Citroen Picasso, a Skoda Octavia, a large goods vehicle and a Vauxhall Zafira at about 18:25 BST on Monday.
The occupants of the Citroen, a man and a woman, were pronounced dead at the scene and their next of kin had been informed, police said.
All others sustained minor injuries.
The A30 between Carland Cross and Chiverton Cross remains closed in both directions while accident investigation work continues and diversions are in place.
Devon and Cornwall Police have asked anyone who witnessed the collision, had information regarding it, or had any dashcam footage, to contact them.
