Accessible toilets 'out of order, dirty and unsafe'

BBC Wales' Matthew Bassett has spoken out about being trapped on the floor of a nightclub toilet for six hours.

As a wheelchair user, Matthew says he finds many accessible toilets to be "out of order, dirty and unsafe".

"I was banging the bins and screaming for help but no one could hear me above the loud music," he said.
