Big Zuu takes on Christmas leftovers

After all of the preparation for Christmas Day, lots of us struggle with what to do with all of leftovers.

Rapper and cook Big Zuu wants to encourage people to look at the scraps left behind after the big day in a different way to reduce food waste.

Famous for his TV show Big Zuu's Big Eats, here he knocks up a tasty snack for BBC London's Wendy Hurrell which is based on his Lebanese heritage.
