Is VR gaming the answer to too much screen time?

Many people will find a new gaming console under the tree this Christmas, but are traditional handheld versions on the way out?

The virtual reality game Dodgecraft was created by Belfast-based Incisiv to encourage players to become more active when playing video games.

They say it could help tackle concerns about too much screen time and help people work physical activity into their daily routine.
