The women finding strength and confidence in the ring

Women in Belfast have come together to push back against violence towards women and girls in Northern Ireland.

One group has been learning self-defence at sessions funded by the charity Glow NI.

The women say it has helped them regain confidence and feel empowered in their day-to-day lives.
