Pupils take on 'job roles' to help future careers

Year six students from Rodbourne Cheney Primary School in Swindon, Wiltshire, are learning more than traditional academic subjects.

Since lockdown, the school has appointed students to roles designed to help them develop essential skills for the future.

Many of the roles are selected based on the child's interest, talent or ambitions.
