Overnight closures planned for major roundabout

A major roundabout in North Lincolnshire is to be resurfaced, with motorists warned to expect closures.

The A15/A1077 roundabout in Barton-upon-Humber will be closed completely between 20:00 and 06:00 BST, from Monday 28 April to Friday 2 May.

The inner ring lane only will be closed between 09:00 and 16:00 BST, from Tuesday 22 April to Friday 25 April.

A North Lincolnshire Council spokesperson said: "Clearance work has been scheduled for the same time. This will improve visibility in the area and reduce accident risk. Clearing trees and vegetation will also improve biodiversity."
