Ministers have advertised for a steeplejack firm to maintain chimneys in St Helier

The Government of Jersey is looking for a steeplejack firm to maintain chimneys on the waterfront in St Helier.

The chimneys, which take smoke from the Energy Recovery Facility, are inside a stack owned by Jersey Electricity Company.

Two flues have operated at the plant since it was commissioned in 2011.

An expression of interest is open until 18 April.
