Vittorio Dragoti, 28, is banned as a company director for seven years by a government agency.

It follows a forest fire in the same area on Monday, tackled by eight crews and an RAF tanker.

Crews will remain in the area for the rest of today after four hectares of forest went up in flames.

The road was closed for several hours but reopened at 14:23 GMT.

The closures are taking place every weeknight until 3 February.

The "troubling" footage shows the bird balancing on an open window frame on a dual carriageway.

The couple hope the fine will be taken away after they say they did nothing wrong.

He was taken to hospital while five others were assessed at the scene, the ambulance service says.
