Customers react to 'painful' water bills hike
Most people in Wales will face annual increases in their water bills from April - with the first rise being the largest at 27%.
BBC Wales' Nia Price asked people in Cardiff what they thought about the hike and many were unhappy.
"It's a basic necessity," says one, adding: "The fact they think they can put a price tag on that let alone raise it, it's painful."
Welsh Water says the extra money will fund necessary investment into their services.
